This page contains guidance on the registration process for the supply of tobacco and e-cigarettes (including e-liquids, devices and components) to consumers, into or out of Northern Ireland. It also updates the requirements for registration of these products by retailers based in Great Britain.
There is also a link to complete the registration process with Public Health England, and a list of retailers which have registered.
Registration is a requirement under Part 8 of the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016.
