The Think, Act, Report campaign aims to encourage businesses to maximise female talent in the workplace by taking three steps:

  • Think: identify any issues around gender equality
  • Act: take action to fix those issues
  • Report: on how your business ensures gender equality

This document outlines the types of measures businesses could put in place to achieve these aims.
