Based on principles agreed with businesses, unions and the voluntary sector, this sets out a voluntary framework for gender equality reporting available to all organisations, especially those with 150 or more employees.
The framework includes reporting of statistics such as:
- company statistics for gender representation in different roles and salary levels
- promotion and flexible working rates
- gender distribution across the organisation’s occupational groups
- pay and reward gaps between men and women
