These amending directions are the latest in a series of changes made to the Statement of Financial Entitlements published in April 2005.

The primary purpose of the amendment is to implement changes in the fee levels in the GMS Statement of Financial Entitlements effective from 1 April 2011. The fees are based on the changes set out in Barbara Hakin’s letter to SHA Chief Executives and PCT Chief Executives of 11 March 2011 (Gateway 15500)
