This international edition of the five case model business case guidance for both projects and programmes supports the professional accreditation and training programme which is available worldwide. It is best practice methodology for developing proposals to scope, analyse, plan, procure and manage delivery of policies, programmes, portfolios and projects to achieve best value.
The Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) also has guidance here designed specifically for infrastructure projects and for international use.
