The Scheme Agreement between Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Culture Olympics Media and Sport, and the British Broadcasting Corporation, has been revised and reprinted. CM 8286 replaces CM 8066 published in June 2011.

This revised command paper adds clause 2(aa) into Schedule 3 of the Help Scheme Agreement to allow for the provision of the most cost effective option of assistance in Northern Ireland to achieve the more widespread availability of Teilifis na Gaeilge, in accordance with the Belfast (Good Friday) Agreement of 1998.
