1.1 Project Title
Include the name you have given the proposal. If it is in response to an ESA competition, include the competition or workplan reference number.
1.2 Technology area
State whether this is for ground, space or network segments, and whether it is a component, system or service.
1.3 TRL levels (start and finish)
Enter your anticipated start and finish TRLs (i.e. 1 to 9). Further information is available on the ESA website.
1.4 Project summary
Provide a short summary of what you want to do, how you will achieve it and any industrial partners or customers involved.
1.5 Potential benefits to the UK
Select what benefits you expect the project to deliver to the UK. We do not need further details at this stage, but we will expect to see the potential benefits to the UK set out in detail in any subsequent application. If your application does not support your statement here, your proposal will be rejected.
1.6 Total project cost (€)
Provide the total cost of the programme in Euros (€).
1.7 ESA Phases
State which ESA phases you are targeting within the programme: Definition, Technology, Product and/or Demonstration.
1.8 Funding requested (€)
Provide the value and percentage amount you are requesting from the UK National Delegate . This should include all future phases, if known.
1.9 Organisation name
Provide the name of the legal entity applying for funding.
1.10 Company or Charity number
Provide the company, charity or other registration number applying for funding. If you do not have a registration number, please contact the team at the details provided.
1.11 Company address
Provide the registered company address.
1.12 Contact name and role
Provide the name and job title of the person making the application.
1.13 Contact email
Provide the email address of the above contact.
1.14 Partners
Provide the legal entity names for each of the partners involved in the programme.
1.15 Date
Enter the date that you are submitting this to the UK Space Agency.
1.16 If this a competitive tender, please provide the ESA deadline
If appropriate, provide the relevant ESA deadline.
How we will use your information
We will use your information to support management of the National Delegate role and for managing any future investment in your proposal. We will hold the information for up to seven years. During this time we may contact you for updates on the programme of work, including once the programme of work is finished. We will expect you to provide updates during the life of the programme, and to engage with any reviews we undertake during, or after, the programme.
