UK/Anguilla Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) signed 29 July 2009 entered into force 17 February 2011. The attached document is classified by HM Revenue and Customs as a TIEA, which are bilateral agreements under which territories agree to co-operate in tax matters through exchange of information.

The exchange of letters concerning the 2009 agreement is currently not in force.
