Complete this form so the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) can assign a merger investigation case team.

If you decide to notify an anticipated or completed merger to the CMA, complete this form and submit it to mergers@cma.gov.uk.
Once we’ve received your form, we’ll assign a case team to discuss your merger with you, including what information you should put in your merger notice form.
What you’ll need to know
To complete the form, you’ll need to know:
- the names and UK turnover of the merging businesses
- details of the merger, for example when it completed or will complete
- when you expect to submit the first draft of the merger notice to us
