Details

The strategy provides the direction to address challenges faced by MOD’s estate and infrastructure in order to maximise its contribution to defence military capability and its people in a way that is more efficient, affordable, adaptable and offers the best value for money.

The department’s estate strategy ‘A better defence estate’ forms an important component to deliver the strategy for defence infrastructure and has been announced separately.
