Above report is example of standard scheme report issued to participants and contains information including:

  • the contents and levels of each sample
  • performance data for each examination which will allow you to compare your performance against other laboratories
  • performance over a year which demonstrates your commitment to quality to your clients as well as your colleagues
  • where relevant, actions to take to ensure that your laboratory retains high standards
  • educational information on difficult and challenging samples
  • easy-to-follow statistics and scores including both PHE and z-scores
