These standard rules will allow you to store and subsequently use unbound incinerator bottom ash aggregate (IBAA) for the purposes of a recovery activity involving the deposit of waste in the following construction activities:
- building a road sub-base
- building a structural platform
- pipe bedding
You can apply for this standard rules permit if:
- your activity meets the rules set out in the permit
- you can manage the potential risks as set out in the generic risk assessment
The charges for applying for this standard rules permit are:
- £2,741.36 for a new standard rules permit application
- £822.10 for a minor variation to the permit
- £2,625.10 to transfer the permit
- £1,645.23 to surrender the permit
There is also an annual subsistence charge of £3,442.28 for the standard rules permit.
