These standard rules allow you to treat land that has been previously subject to industrial or other man-made development for:

  • reclamation
  • restoration
  • improvement by spreading waste

After 1 February 2016 these rules are no longer available for new applicants. New applicants may apply for SR2015 No 39 to store and use waste for recovery activities involving depositing waste for construction, reclamation, restoration or improvement of land.
