Details

As of 1 February 2016 this rule set is no longer available for new applicants. New applicants may apply for SR2015 No 39 to store and subsequently use waste for the purposes of a recovery activity involving the deposit of waste that is to be used in construction and/or reclamation, restoration or improvement of land, provided that they can operate within the requirements of that rule set.

Standard rule guidance to allow the operator to carry out treatment of land that has been previously subject to industrial or other man-made development for the purpose of reclamation, restoration or improvement by the spreading of waste.
