As of 1 February 2016 this rule set is no longer available for new applicants. New applicants may apply for SR2015 No 39 to store and subsequently use waste for the purposes of a recovery activity involving the deposit of waste that is to be used in construction and/or reclamation, restoration or improvement of land, provided that they can operate within the requirements of that rule set.

Standard rules guidance to allow the operator to store and use suitable waste for the purposes of construction work up to 50kte.
