Disclosure

The spreadsheet below contains details of all spend over £500.00, there are tabs for each of the years requested. The merchant names listed do not necessarily reflect the type of purchase being made. For example, transactions with Luncheon Vouchers are for the provision of child care vouchers to eligible staff rather than vouchers for the purchase of food (this has been marked on the spreadsheet).

In a small number of cases where payments were made to individuals we have redacted their names under section 40 of the FoI Act. Section 40 exempts personal information from disclosure if its release would contravene one of the Data Protection principles. In this case, disclosure of the information would contravene the first Data Protection principle, which states that personal information must be processed fairly and lawfully.
