This guide covers cases dealt with under Child Support Acts 1991 and 1995, the Child Support Pensions and Social Security Act 2000, the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (under which the Commission has been established) and all subsidiary and related child support legislation and statutory instruments.
