     Updated the document template and clarified aspects of the text. Changed validation for ‘Unique Candidate Identifier’ to accept 13 characters only (or -2) in line with the expectation for a valid UCI. Changed validation for ‘Centre No.’ field to accept 5 digits only and added validation rule for valid NCN.
