The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from G Farwell Limited.

Regulated facility type
Application to operate a non-hazardous waste transfer station, based on the Standard Rules 2010 No12 – Treatment of waste to produce soil, soil substitutes and aggregate, but with the removal of combustible wastes and a reduction in annual throughput tonnage to 14,000 tonnes. The facility will be considered “Bespoke” due to proximity to a number of protected sites.
