I confirm that the SIA holds the information which you have requested and it can be found below.

In respect of questions 1 and 3, the information you have requested is exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as the data is readily accessible within the public domain. For ease of reference I have provided a link to where you can find this information.

Please note that in respect of question 2 licence holders might have declared criminality during the application process, or afterwards when holding an active licence, and some applicants might have done so in both instances. For that reason the answer provided to question 2 has been further broken down.
