1. Find apprenticeship training: upload your apprenticeship data

Action

We recently asked you to populate the course directory provider portal with your apprenticeship provision data.

You need to complete this by 30 September, as the digital apprenticeship service online search facility will be available for employers to find apprenticeships in the autumn.

If you do not add your data to the course directory, employers will not be able to see your details in the search results.

For further information or related queries, please email the course directory provider portal.

2. Financial assurance: monitoring the funding rules 2016 to 2017

Information

We have published the funding rules monitoring plan for the funding year 2016 to 2017. This covers Adult Education Budget delivery, Advanced Learner Loans, and all apprenticeships (frameworks and standards) started before 1 May 2017.

The plan includes the funding rules we will monitor for each area and the new monitoring reports we will publish on the Hub following the R06 ILR submission in 2016 to 2017. We will update this document in 2017 to support the new apprenticeship funding system.

For further information, please contact your Business Operations provider manager.

3. Apprenticeship changes: new YouTube presentations

Information

We have published 3 new videos, which explain the main aspects of the proposed changes to apprenticeship funding and provision: * background to apprenticeship funding and the apprenticeship levy * apprenticeship funding proposals * proposals for the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers

These videos will remain available until the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers and Apprenticeship Funding Proposals consultations close on 5 September.

For further information or related queries, please complete the relevant survey.
