This volume introduces the HS2 Supplementary Environmental Statement 3 (SES3) and amendments which have resulted in the need to amend the Bill within the Additional Provision 4 (AP4) environmental statement. It also explains any changes to the scope, methodology, assumptions and limitations required for the environmental impact assessment.
