The Centre for Educational Development, Appraisal and Research’s (CEDAR) review of procedures to resolve disagreements about identifying and supporting children and young people with SEND.
It discusses the effectiveness of procedures for resolving disagreements with local authorities and education, health and care agencies including:

- the First-tier Tribunal SEND
The government’s response sets out the main findings of the review and describes the steps it will take to respond to the issues raised.
