Some of the changes the government is making in response to the NHS Future Forum require amendments to the Health and Social Care Bill. The Government has produced briefing notes to accompany the amendments that were made in commons committee and the amendments that have been handed in for commons report.

To further aid understanding of the Bill’s amendments, we have published ‘Securing continued access to NHS services’, and a technical annex, to explain the government’s proposals to secure continued access to NHS services.
