This document outlines the Government’s proposals to introduce a sector regulation regime which will apply to all NHS-funded health services (Part 3 of the Bill). It also gives an overview of planned legislative changes designed to increase autonomy and strengthen accountability for foundation trusts (Part 4 of the Bill).
