  1. This guidance has been updated to include additional references to the suitability provisions in the Immigration Rules, to outline the policy when a person has held both Section 67 leave and permission to stay on a protection route and to replace outdated references to physical immigration documents.

  2. Guidance updated to indicate that references in paragraphs 352ZG to 352ZS of the Immigration Rules to a residence permit shall include biometric immigration documents such as an eVisa, and to set out the policy on handling cases where there is an impending prosecution.
