Dangerous dogs - FOI minimum age that a puppy can lawfully be breed identified by an expert or the standard minimum age recommended; whether an organisation can become the legal registered owner of a prohibited dog; and whether an exempted dog while in a vehicle has to have its lead physically held by a person or can the lead be fixed to an anchor point in the car.
