This guidance will help recipients understand their obligations and duties in relation to the School Governance (Roles, Procedures and Allowances) (England) Regulations 2013 as amended by the School Governance (Roles, Procedures and Allowances) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.
Pupil referral units cater for vulnerable pupils who do not attend mainstream schools because of things like behaviour, exclusion, illness, teenage pregnancy, or because they do not have a school place.
