The scheme specific detailed exchange information requirements (EIRs) will set out the documentation required to be provided by contractors at each RIBA PoW stage as part of the procurement gateways. The below is a summary of the procurement gateways for each value band, to be read in conjunction with the Appendix A timeline document.

High Value Band – route A1:

  • PITT
  • ITT
  • RIBA stage 3 contractor’s deliverables
  • RIBA stage 4 contractor’s proposals

High value band – Route A2:

  • ITT
  • RIBA stage 3 contractor’s deliverables
  • RIBA stage 4 contractor’s proposals

Medium or low value band – Route A3:

  • RIBA stage 3 contractor’s deliverables
  • RIBA stage 4 contractor’s proposals
