Applicable to all vessels with fixed aerosol fire suppression systems installed.
Following the erroneous self-activation of a fixed aerosol fire suppression system on a workboat, it has been discovered that the wiring arrangements were not as prescribed by the manufacturer. It has been determined that is likely to be the probable cause of the system activation.
