How you can complain or comment about our service and how we handle complaints.



Our aim is to resolve any problems or difficulties quickly and fairly. When we get things wrong we will acknowledge the issue and accept responsibility, explain what went wrong and why, and put things right by making any necessary changes. If your concern relates to regulatory action we are taking in relation to your business, please refer to our Challenges and appeals guidance instead.
