This letter responds to recommendations in an inspector’s report about Reading Borough Council’s Lincoln River Thames pedestrian and cycle bridge scheme. The letter states that the Secretary of State for Transport accepts the conclusions and recommendations outlined in the report.

Reading Borough Council applied for the order and scheme under the Highways Act 1980.
