How to find the lock
Address: The Towpath, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT12 2JD.
From the A3050 (Hurst Road or Riverbank Road), turn north-west onto Waterside Drive and follow the road round to the right.
The route is marked on the map with a green dashed line.
Facilities
There is car parking at the lock for one permit holder. Please speak to the lock keeper in advance to check availability.
You may park in the surrounding area or at the adjacent leisure centre where local restrictions permit.
Toilets are available at the lock.
Where to fish
From the lock, follow the footpath south and upstream. Cross the river at the footbridge. Continue to follow the path south and upstream.
You may fish in the weir channel downstream of the weir. This area is marked in red on the map.
