The Environment Agency want all their customers to enjoy using the River Thames. They aim to deliver a great service to their customers, and this charter explains the service they will provide.
The 2020 to 2021 Customer Charter and Lock Keeping Service Targets were agreed and produced before the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Due to the affects of the pandemic we are having to make changes to our lock keeping service for the 2020 season. Please see the document Lock working patterns - 2020 season above for more information, this document now supersedes the Lock Keeping Service Targets 2020 to 2021.
