Details

This note concerns installations, waste facilities, mining waste operations, non-nuclear radioactive substances facilities and mobile radioactive apparatus 1. The operators of these facilities must show they have avoided pollution risk through the life of the permit and have left their site in a satisfactory state before they can surrender their permit.
