The Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Associations (RFCA) use a standard set of terms and conditions across our offices in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. All but the Facilities Hiring Agreement are based on the suite of contracts published by the Cabinet Office and Government Legal Department and have been tailored to fit our delivery model.
Terms and conditions (Short and Long Form Goods/Services) will be published per the requirements of below and above threshold procurements. When other, more suitable forms of contract are available, the terms and conditions below may not be utilised (e.g. construction).
Any contracts procured under the Procurement Contracts Regulations 2015 will continue to be governed by those terms and conditions.

| Goods/Services Short Form | Low value, non-complex and for Purchase Orders. This template is based on the Crown Commercial Services Short Form Contract. |
| Goods/Services Long Form | Used when the total estimated value including VAT is at or above the applicable procurement thresholds pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Procurement Act 2023, so that a competitive tendering procedure is undertaken. This template is based on the Crown Commercial Services Mid-Tier Contract, which is modular, meaning it is made up of the Core Terms, the Award Form, several mandatory schedules, and several optional schedules that can be used depending on the requirement. |
