Details
This direction was revoked on the 4 July 2022 following reinspection by Ofsted and is no longer in force.
This revised direction required the council to continue to take steps to improve its children’s social care services, including co-operating with the Department for Education’s (DfE’s) appointed Improvement Adviser.
This revised direction replaced the earlier statutory direction issued to Torbay Council in December 2019.
