A statutory direction reissued to Sandwell Council to reflect that the council entered into a regional adoption agency on 1 April 2019.

Details
This revised direction sets out the services agreement between the council and the Sandwell Children’s Trust from 1 April 2019, regarding operational responsibilities for children’s social care functions. It now reflects the role of the Adoption@Heart Regional Adoption Agency in these arrangements.
This direction replaces earlier statutory directions issued to the council, most recently in March 2018.
