This document gives the response of the National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service (NCRAS) to a Review of Informed Choice for Cancer Registration by Macmillan and Cancer Research UK.

The response plan sets out the actions NCRAS will take to improve awareness of the cancer registry with our stakeholders so that those newly diagnosed with cancer can make an informed choice on whether to opt out of having their data held by the cancer registry.
