In 2009, a consultation on the Department’s proposals for the framework for Quality Accounts took place. Responses helped to shape the 2010 Quality Accounts Regulations and toolkit.
Engagement is a continuing process. To further improve the framework for Quality Accounts, a survey was carried out on how the process went in 2009/10, looking at what went well and what could be improved.
