Details

On the 29 January 2020, the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs (ACMD) recommended placing Epidyolex (a cannabis-based medicine) under Schedule 5 of the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.

This letter is a response to the ACMD recommendation from the Minister of State for Fire and Policing.
