Response to the report by the Chief Independent Inspector of Borders and Immigration on the rights of European citizens and their spouses to come to the UK; on the application process and the tackling of abuse.
Undertaken between October 2013 and January 2014, the report proposed 10 recommendations; 6 of these were accepted in full, a further 2 in part and the remaining 2 were not accepted for the reasons explained in the response.
