Details

Form for allowing a contractor to perform national security vetting (NSV) on behalf of a governing body. The form acts as a written agreement between the directed party and their contractor.

This form provides the Department for Transport with a record that the supplier or contractor:

• is authorised to carry out pre-employment background checks and complete NSV applications
• can act as a counter-signatory on completed NSV security questionnaires
• is aware of their responsibilities regarding NSV
• will not directly employ and manage staff

on behalf of the governing body.
