The Panel considers claims from anyone who lost possession of a cultural object, during the Nazi era, that is now in the possession of a UK national collection. This report relates to the claim brought on behalf of the heirs of the late Dr Arthur Feldmann with regards to three drawings which formed part of the Witt bequest made to the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London in 1952

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
