The Regulatory Triage Assessment (RTA) form is no longer in use.

Departments should complete a de minimis self-certification form for measures below the £5 million threshold that is proportionate to the impact of the measure.

Please contact your better regulation unit or see paragraph 1.2.6 in the better regulation framework guidance for guidance on De Minimis Assessments (DMAs).
