     A side note to panel 8 has been amended to replace a reference to "electronic address" with "email address" for clarity.

     Panels 6 and 7 have been amended as a result of the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2022.

     We have added a side note to the execution panel in the form to point customers to our practice guide 8: execution of deeds.

     We added a guidance note about our personal information charter, which explains how we process customer data.
