Update for 11 January 2016 added: The Environment Agency is working closely with the landowners of the former RDF Ltd on site on Moor Street in Brierley Hill to ensure that the remaining waste on this site is cleared. The landowners have agreed to fund the removal of the waste and will start the initial works on Monday 11 January 2016. The removal works are expected to take approximately 8 months to complete. The Environment Agency will monitor these works and liaise with the landowners to ensure that any impact on the community is kept to a minimum. Local residents who have any environmental concerns should call the Environment Agency’s 24 hour incident hotline on 0800 807060.
