Decisions of the Charity Commission made on 14 June 2007 and 12 June 2013.

In 2007 the commission authorised the charity to grant a lease to Bath Rugby Club. This decision was significant as the commission was regularising a situation by which the club in fact already had a lease that pre-dated the recreation ground being registered as a charity.

In 2013 the commission proposed to make a scheme to appoint new, independent trustees in place of the local authority trustee, and give them new purposes and powers to help them formalise the situation with the rugby club and also a leisure centre facility that was built on the ground. The commission considered the representations and decided that the scheme should be made, with modification.
