Information about the legal duty for healthcare professionals who provide or plan services used by people with learning disabilities to make reasonable adjustments, and how to record these to help improve their access to health services.

Under the Equality Act 2010, public sector organisations have to make changes in their approach or provision to ensure that services are accessible to disabled people as well as everybody else.
