Existing rail franchise:

  • operational performance figures
  • benchmarks

for each rail operator, also known as ‘enforcement regimes’, for periods from March 2016 to March 2017.

These regimes enable the Secretary of State to take action against the franchise if performance is worse than a specified level.

We will publish updated figures every 6 months.
